The Caswell Group recently completed a £450,000 contract at The Red Lion, 41 Hoxton Street, London N1, on behalf of Takestyle Ltd. The work comprised a new build extension incorporating a new steel frame construction, new floors, roofs and windows and an entire internal refurbishment. Among the many additional features we installed was a hot tub on the roof!
The work was completed in December 2004, inside six months, and the building is now fully open and operational as a premier North London music venue.
• Hackney Quest Youth Centre, Hackney
2005 saw Caswell complete a comprehensive internal refurbishment project at a youth centre on Poole Road, London E9, to a £150,000 budget. The work was undertaken on behalf of the Hackney Quest children’s charity, which provides opportunities for young people who are underachieving or have poor attendance at school.
• New house building, Steeple Morden, Cambridgeshire
The Caswell Group has completed two new house builds to a total value of £300,000 at Steeple Morden, Cambridge.

The total value of the contract was £1.85million.
