Senior Construction Manager, South East, £Excellent Salary + Benefits

Responsible for the complete construction operation, reporting direct to the Managing Director you will have the enthusiasm and technical knowledge to complete quality projects and continue to secure repeat business. Ideally degree educated and professionally qualified in a relevant discipline, architecture, construction or engineering, with excellent planning and organisational skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities to completion within time, cost and quality constraints to clients satisfaction.

You will require a minimum of 5 years experience working for a main contractor on fast track new build & refurbishment work Your background should demonstrate your experience of working on mixed use residential, leisure and retail development projects together with project management experience working on development projects, design, procurement, construction and fit out.

You will a good grounding in the commercial aspect of the industry. Ideally you will possess recognised qualifications and also have experience of general surveying duties that include costings, and variations through to final accounts on projects ranging up to £3,000K You will be an all-encompassing individual with the ability to work independently and the flexibility and ambition to drive the business forward.
